Should as a leader he KNOW what the values of the party are, and use less passive language in his speeches. He is showing substance that is less than what J Key possesses. He needs to display some passion, which is lacking within most of the heirarchy of the party. He should read The Art of War. Pick you battles do not fight every battle that you come across. Soon ardent Lab supports will be like those of the mid 80's even they will not be able to identify with the party, but Lab could take over the 3% on NZ1 support base.
