Also, my inside sources reveal that Matthew Hooten has no inside sources.
Think about it, who in the Beehive would talk to Hooten? If you did want to leak, wouldn’t you leak to someone credible? It’s a funny thing though – he keeps on making outragous accusations supposedly informed by those inside sources but when it turns out he was lying, as it always does, his employers keep paying him. Nice work if you can get it.

Please how are Gays disadvantaged at University don’t pull out the pity lines that is rubbish.
I would say under this Government it would be hard to get a job in some Government departments unless you were Gay.
It defies logic that in our PC tolerant Country you can have handouts to Gays only Straight people need not apply. It is discrimination what ever way you chose to look at it.

Anyway Rob, who did you copy the comment from this time? Actually I take that back – your comments are so poorly written and bigoted there are very few people who could write them. When you copy comments you seem to do it from people who are more intelligent than you (which is, of course, an easy feat) so I’ll credit you with this one.

In an attempt to get back on topic…maybe the scholarship should instead go to the student who can correctly identify all the grammatical mistakes in National’s billboards? Or TV3′s scripts…
dom its really hard to say. the meedia seem to be functionally illiterate these days. whether it is intentional or because they are actually illiterate is beside the point as when they are exposed they are proud of it????? they write the truths so it must be true, right? no wrong and the rest of the time they are are just sh*thouse rat cunning with the best deviousness money can buy. no apologies for the metaphor and please dont ask for one. if you are offended then grow up and stop hiding behind infantile defenses to protect you from facing reality.

Yes your conclusion is inconsistent with your premises. some where in there you are wrong, I’d suggest most of it.
GTR: For what it’s worth, I wouldn’t have been able to get said scholarship either had it been around in my day… Was best all round 7th former back in the day, heavily involved in school life but there was no way in hell I was stepping out of the closet at high school so something for ‘an out, proud secondary student who is recognized by their teachers and fellow students as a good role-model’ would have eluded me too.
I still don’t understand what is news about a gay business assoc giving a scholarship to a gay student… Surely other org’s like churches and ethnic associations/tribes do the same don’t they recognising achievement within their community?
