Walking the talk

I’ll confess I had felt an inkling of sympathy for Richard Prosser over the “wogistan” comments. Not for the comments themselves of course but because I imagined he was simply a bigoted buffoon who had brought a whole lot of strife down on himself with some naive and stupid remarks.

Then I read his article in which he boasts of the Norse and Celtic heritage of his children (seriously, that shit is right out of Mein Kampf) and read this excerpt from his book:

If people want to be weak, stupid, effeminate, erectile dysfunctional, naïve, apologist, namby-pamby, thumb-sucking, lefty pinko fantasy-land morons, let them find their own word for themselves, and leave “liberal” for us genuine freedom-loving, gonad-equipped, libertarian go-getters.

At which point I realised that he actually holds quite well formed proto-fascist views and knew and meant exactly what he wrote in investigate. With this in mind I decided to go to the Aro community hall yesterday to join other namby-pamby, thumb-sucking, lefty pinkos in expressing a distinct lack of tolerance toward fascism.

But alas Mr Prosser is not sufficiently “gonad-equipped” to deal with a few weak, stupid, effeminate thumb-suckers. It seems that like most of these tea-party types Mr Prosser is all mouth and trousers. So much for go getting, eh? Perhaps he should get up and go from parliament and not come back.

    Lol. Shame, Prosser.

What I don’t get is why Curwen Rolinson fronts like he’s such a leftist, yet he’s the head of the New Zealand First youth wing.

For example, I just read this comment he made in reponse to the Prosser debacle:

Curwen Ares Rolinson Rest assured the party’s social(ist) conscience is working overtime on making this right internally.
    4 · 20 hours ago

Social conscience? Wtf is this dude on? It’s not like he’s thick and doesn’t know any better.

    • Colonial Viper 1.1

Eh, Curwen’s OK, he is reasonably democratic socialist in outlook. More than some Young Labour types. The next generation of NZF will take the party in interesting directions – that is if the NZF old guard, middle aged establishment and caucus leave anything other than Parliamentary wreckage by 2014.

    • bad12 1.2

Which could mean that the writer of that is working internally to rid the party of Prosser the tosser…

    • millsy 1.3

NZ First was essentially National’s economic ‘wets’ split off from that party. Red Tory Muldoonist interventionist protectionists. Those who used to vote National but supported things like publicly funded health care, education, and other public services, and belive that the State had a role in building things like roads, railway lines, power grids and communications networks.

They paid taxes but got looked after in times of need in return.

That was an era when National and Labour were pretty much the same — in their commitment to a centrally planned, protected economy, full employment, with a high level of public ownership and public services.

“At which point I realised that he actually holds quite well formed proto-fascist views and knew and meant exactly what he wrote in investigate.”

Thanks IB. It’s one thing for NZF to promote politics that appeal to people who feel uncomfortable with immigration. It’s quite another for them to have an MP who is an out and out hate-mongering, divisive proto-fascist. I agree, this wasn’t a mistake, and Prosser’s ‘apologies’ are empty – he’s sorry he made a tit of himself and got himself lots of negative publicity, but I don’t hear him apologising for his fundamentally anti-humanist views. We can thank him for making all this so public.

Just walk the plank Prosser Tosser, and why did you shave off the beard? Did you think you looked middle eastern? And were you affraid an IED would be waiting for you in Aro Valley you disgusting little creep?

    • King Kong 3.1

Those soap dodging losers in Aro Valley couldn’t organise an IUD let alone an IED.

Nothing to fear from those wets unless they have discovered a way to inflict physical pain from bad karmic vibes.

Can someone please explain why KK is allowed to post here?

[lprent: Despite his periodic lapses into acting like a chimp with a Viagra addiction and possessed by a pheromone sprayer. Then he starts ejaculating randomly and therefore gets a periodic ban to allow his hard-on to subside. But he is sometimes worth reading for his cynical and apparently largely unprincipled point of view from the right.

Eventually, I suspect, if he doesn’t learn to moderate his own behaviour then one of the moderators will start finding him too tiresome to waste banning time on. After all there is only so much monkey splatter that is tolerable.. ]

Because it’s fun seeing the ‘tards always rise to the bait ?

        • vto 3.1.1.2

Maybe to balance the left wing fools on the other end of the see-saw? Especially on this bullshit issue of stereotyping and abuse, it helps to expose the utter hypocrisy and political favouritisms and ugliness of the left.

      • TheContrarian 3.1.2

I live in Aro Valley and I am very much clean. Aro Valley has young professionals as well as the Greenies.

I was meant to go see Prosser talk yesterday but I completely forgot.

        • King Kong 3.1.2.1

Sorry Contrarian, I forgot that the latte sipping limp dicks would also be there with their ability to shame a man at 10 paces with just one sardonic eye roll.

          • TheContrarian 3.1.2.1.1

Yeah – there are loads of urbane hipsters also. I am probably the best dressed man in the whole street. One who drinks black coffee, enjoys full fat milk and smokes tailor-made cigarettes.

Everyone else is continually running out of blue Zig-Zags and don’t appear to own any shoes.

            • McFlock 3.1.2.1.1.1

nice use of “urbane” in an otherwise dogshit thread.

              • Rogue Trooper

prosser (small ‘p’) voiced a similar adjective -laden diatribe at those unwilling to carry out compulsory military service acording to the Dom. (feel like Rip Van Winkle, woke up and somebody stole the common sense in our country)
p.s. Excellent windsreen wiping imo 🙂

                • bad12

Yeah i think i caught that one a while back on a boring TV night a bit of surfing had me clicking on to Prosser in full flight on the Parliament TV,

As the TV panned the chamber to this ringing diatribe i noted there were all of 4 MPs present along with a sick looking deputy-Speaker,

There’s only one good thing about Prosser publicly outing Himself as some form of knuckle-scraping Neanderthal and that is NZFirst’s left wing will all toss in the towel and leave Winston out in the cold in 2014 with 4.2% of the party vote,

That party is just about past it’s use-by date anyway and i cannot see anyone after Winston who could provoke more than 5% of the electorate to vote for them,

Winston has got the choices of retirement befor November 2014 with a bit of dignity or another crushing blow to the ego of being given the NO sign from the electorate again…

            • fenderviper 3.1.2.1.1.2

Don’t be so modest TC, I’m sure you are the best dressed man in the country.
Be careful what you say about your neighbours though, you might have to go back to kmart when your washing line gets raided.

              • TheContrarian

Kmart? Why would I shop at Kmart?

I get on well with my neighboyrs and yes, I may very be the best dressed man in New Zealand. Definitely the best dressed man in Aro Street. I also seem to be the only one who doesn’t wear black jeans

                • fenderviper

Why don’t you get some black armani jeans and strut your stuff you elitist asshole. Your neighbours will still think you are the king despite the colour.

                  • TheContrarian

I had a dark blue pair of Armani jeans but left them in South Africa last year.

                    • fenderviper

Pity it wasn’t you that was left behind.

I left my Rolex in Monaco, lucky it’s safe in my holiday home there though.

                    • TheContrarian

It is a pity – I have been to South Africa 3 times and I absolutely would love to stay there.

                      What’s Monaco like?

                    • bad12

Feel free to piss off back to Sarfy-land on a permanent basis wont you, and identifying where you live if you want my advice is not a very intelligent thing to do…

                    • fenderviper

Oh Monaco is fabulous, I feel like royality when there.
Thought you would have been there already, tell you what if you get some black Armani jeans you can carry my luggage when I return next month.
But please leave your cactus juice in Aro St, don’t need you throwing up on my private jet.

                    • Kong Kong

Sounds like Contrarian may have to watch out for demented old men (bad12) accosting non black jean wearers in Aro Street.

If you see somone wearing a David Bain style jumper and talking to themselves on your walk to work I suggest you cross the road.

                    • TheContrarian

Isn’t gonna matter – not going to be in Aro much longer

                    • fenderviper

“Sounds like Contrarian may have to watch out for demented old men (bad12) accosting non black jean wearers in Aro Street.”
