Brownlee admits he’s struggling

So our resolution on Israel & Palestine at the end of last year wasn’t “premature” or lacking in support after all.

Poor Gerry’s in a spin.  After 9 years of government, he still can’t cope:

“Under the intense scrutiny of a Radio New Zealand journalist’s questioning I used some language that perhaps made that less than clear.”

English had to row back for him, saying he was struggling to get the right language.  Which is kinda core to the the foreign minister’s job, no?

As we had it here – between this desperate denying of our principles, which was unsuccessful with the Israelis; and rolling over to Australia – he’s not up to the job.

(but it’s election year, so they can’t get rid of him…)
