Cats, with their independent spirit and beguiling purrs, have captured the hearts of humans for millennia. In New Zealand, felines are no exception, boasting the highest national cat ownership rate globally [definition cat nz cat foundation]. An estimated 1.134 million pet cats grace Kiwi households, compared to 683,000 dogs ...
Hearty congratulations to the Black Caps for taking the test series against India.
After face planting in Australia, we just did the indians 2-0, plus the One Day matches.
Go the team!
Match fixing.
I say, you cad. A nasty suggestion like that is just not cricket.
Seems a long way from the chaos of the 1990's.
I would have traded both these easy home wins for a 1-1 series draw in Australia. It would have meant so much more.
Cricket is for geeks and rejects who can't play other sports. Weak-minded fans watch because it's slow moving and they get confused with fast-paced games. Most NZ Cricket game attendees just want to bake in the sun and get pissed, because the game is so fucking boring.
"Feed the hungry, house the homeless and feed the stranger"…not sure the Democrats would be that thrilled with some old white Jew spouting that sort of unelectable, divisive, extremeist and self-destructive rhetoric either..
Just like Stalin's show trials – the Assange case is looking more and more like a show trial – to help make journalist shut the hell up and stop asking questions.

Terrifying adam. We have been used to believing that the UK Justice is a great and fair institution. Assuming that all of the above (On Contact) is true then the UK Justice is in collapse.
From the ODT, on the Dunedin South selection:
"A move to Dunedin has taken former lawyer and journalist Ingrid Leary in an unexpected direction with her confirmation as Labour's candidate for Dunedin South in this year’s election.
Ms Leary triumphed in a field of three nominees for the seat being left vacant by the retirement of Clare Curran. Rachel Brooking and Simon McCallum were the unsuccessful candidates. (…)
"It was like a pressure cooker personal development course … I’ve never done anything this intense before, and I felt even if I wasn’t selected it would have been a thoroughly worthwhile journey for what I got out of it."
Ms Leary (52), a mother of three, was director of the British Council New Zealand for the past 11 years."
I thought if you were from the British Council you were just automatically spying for MI6? 🙂
Mini-Rimmer gets told off by the Hologram for being too libertarian.
