This month’s speakers are Green co-leadership contenders Metiria Turei and Sue Bradford speaking on the future of the Green movement.
With the resignation of long time leader Jeanette Fitzsimons, Green members have the chance to select a new female co-leader at the party’s AGM during the upcoming Queen’s birthday weekend.
This month’s Drinking Liberally will be a chance for the wider public to hear leaders of the Green Party talk about the future of their movement. All are welcome.
Associate Professor Raymond Miller will chair the discussion and will open the proceedings with a talk on the current political landscape facing the Greens. Metiria and Sue will each then have a chance to address the crowd. A time for questions and answers will follow.
