Labour’s General Secretary Tim Barnett says:
All Party members who are eligible to vote should now have received voting papers in the mail, or if requested via email. If you are still to receive your voting paper, it is not too late to re-issue you with voting details by email. To help us manage the process, please:
- Send an email to reception@labour.org.nz. We can process your request more efficiently through email than over the phone.
- In your email include your name, day-time contact phone number, membership number if you have it and postal address. If you recently renewed your membership, it helps us to know whether you renewed online or by post.
- In order for us to ensure that we can check your membership details, before authorising your voting paper to be re-issued, it would help us if you could get in touch by 3pm Friday afternoon.
The latest we can advise Electionz to re-issue ballots is 4pm Friday 13th September.
To all of you who have been in touch with us about the Leadership Election process, we appreciate the grace with which you have waited while we dealt with any concern you may have had, and your enthusiasm to participate in this democratic process.
