Reminder – Drinking Liberally Auckland

Just a reminder the next Auckland Drinking Liberally features Labour Party leader Phil Goff discussing his political values and the challenges facing the Sixth Labour Government. Should be interesting given his announcement on monetary policy last week.

When: 7pm TONIGHT 25 November

Where: THE LONDON BAR, upstairs cnr Queen and Wellesley Streets, Auckland CBD

Who: You and like-minded lefties. All welcome.

What: Phil Goff will discuss his first year in opposition and cover Labour’s response to the current issues facing New Zealand.

More importantly he’ll discuss what drives him as a politician and what values underpin his political beliefs (you can get a flavour of that here: http://www.labour.org.nz/mps/hon-phil-goff)

Phil will also talk about what challenges the Sixth Labour Government will tackle and what New Zealand might look like after two terms of a country led by him.

A time for questions and answers will follow.

Please pass this invitation to anyone you think will be interested in attending.
