David is delayed

This is David.

He is a Member of Parliament only because National lets him be one.

After something really bad happened and everyone wanted to change the law except for a small group of military style semi automatic weapon gun nuts David decided to support the gun nuts.

He also hates virtue signalling.

Although he thought that he would virtue signal by standing up in Parliament and saying “yes” when speaker Trevor Mallard asked if there was any objection to the law against very bad guns being passed quickly.

But he turned up late and was not able to say “yes” at the right time.

Because he was talking to reporters about how he was going to virtue signal by opposing the law against the very bad guns because it was being passed too quickly.

He then blamed the Government for not letting him say “yes” at the time he was meant to be in Parliament but was instead talking to reporters.

And twitter had lots of laughs at David’s expense.

And if you want to make David Seymour even more embarrassed make sure you make a submission supporting the law banning very bad guns.

But don’t be like David.  Don’t be late.  Submissions close tomorrow evening when the big hand is on the 12 and the little hand is on the 6.
