A strange story. On the face of it, it looks like National has been using a National Party staffer to keep tabs on JLR and his family through his elderly grandmother. He sent the person a thank-you email/text at the time of his 'crisis' earlier this year but he has only just become aware the woman is still in touch with his grandmother and has visited her.
