Is anyone following this and know how prepared NZ is?

There have been 66 confirmed human cases in the U.S., the majority of which have resulted from exposure while working on poultry or dairy farms. Most cases are mild, and the risk to the general public currently remains low, but the escalation of high mortality in other mammals is another red flag for public health experts.

Also concern because in the the person that died, the virus had started to mutate.

      That's interesting…worthy of further investigation…

..and transparency on the part of the recipients..

..to the casual observer….they seem to be whores….those recipients…

Associated Press reports the 'wikileaks' bombshell is fake news. Wikileaks original site has nothing about this. The sites I've pulled up on this appear to be dodgy.

Take bomber's bombshell with a big pinch of salt.

Wouldn't put it past Musk to sow disinfo about USAid, as he has already.

Reading yr AP link it would seem that rather than USAID handing out the money it is the government itself.

"Only the grant to a Serbian organization called Grupa Izadji was awarded by USAID. Its stated aim is to “to advance diversity, equity and inclusion in Serbia’s workplaces and business communities.”

"The rest were awarded by the State Department’s Office of the Under Secretary for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs. "

Bomber's point and very pertinent to us us that $ from the US came to NZ MSM organizations.

This is reflected in the reportage we do and don't receive.

"Take bomber's bombshell with a big pinch of salt."

        Roger, will do.

The a p article notes that USAID gives money in 100 countries…

Hard to think we aren't on that list..

And it would be interesting to find out just who here gets USAID money…

Ground hog day….deja vu……..of course this is not "wasteful spending"……….right……

“The new board will manage the contractual negotiations with shipyards, ports, and any other party required to deliver safe, reliable and resilient Interislander services into the future – working closely with us as shareholding Ministers.

“The board will undertake the procurement process for new ferries and report back to ministers for final decisions……..”

“This will narrow the list of potential shipbuilders to those able to strike a deal, ensuring no time is wasted when we issue the ship specifications later this year.”

Something about bad planning on yr part does not constitute an emergency on my part.

‘Aotearoa is my home' – NZ-born teen threatened with deportation remains hopeful after reprieve

    Headline on RNZ News.

Some should advise him to use "New Zealand" rather than "Aotearoa" when speaking of this country – the f***wits in the CoC are just as likely to take exception to the name and deport him anyway! /s
