Would the wealthy and sorted luxon have had to pay cgt if he hadn't shortened the bright line test back to two years?

John Key thinks Trump will and should win the presidency, "should" meaning he "is better for the economy……"

This is the PM that played golf with his 'mate' Obama……….

Luxon is touted as a John Key understudy, money, money, money, oh and the economy is all it's about for these two peas in the shallow pod. Certainly will be interesting to see how the US voters swing in November.

God he sounded like a greasy, ignorant, opportunist pillock on TV3 tonight. Like some embarrassing and shameful incident from one's past that makes you wince. As in "did my beloved country really vote for this goose three times?"

I suppose if nothing else, we can now see it confirmed that he has terrible judgment, no moral compass, and utterly conventional far-right economic views.

"You just fake it until you make it. I have spent a whole career doing that" – Christopher Luxon.

Ta-Nehisi Coates to the talking head insinuating he’s an anti-Semite: apartheid is wrong, morally, and there's nothing Palestinians could do that would make it any less wrong…..

Ta-Nehisi Coates’ new book, “The Message,” is a trio of interconnected essays that examine how the stories people tell — or avoid telling — can shape and even distort reality: “I am most concerned always with those that don’t have a voice.” https://cbsn.ws/4gJxe2g
