Well, I'm disgusted! Can’t this government get anything right?

My covid jab went so smoothly but . . . but . . . but in the prevailing RWNJ mood of criticism of anything this government does I wish to add my little whinge!

    I didn't get a lollypop! /s

Yeah, it's all gone to hell. When I first began donating blood fifty years ago they'd offer me a bottle of stout……

Some of us are willing to lose a little blood for only a cuppa now, when I was younger we were also given some iron tablets. and chocolate thins. Perhaps I was lost in the time gap never offered stout, but then again not sure that would have been appropriate in the school hall 🤕

I do need to give the thumbs up for NZ blood app. makes it easier to donate on a more regular basis.

Didn't you get your badge either TV?:

I think it calls for a formal complaint and a phone call to your nearest media shock jock! Can't have this kind of dereliction of duty occurring. 😡

I would let Judith Collins know – she will 'demand a debate' on your behalf. wink

Be interesting to see the focus of this investigation, will it be the whistleblowers or the companies failings.

Outstanding day for New Zealand sport.

Congratulations to all the families who supported them to get there.

Perhaps they could call themselves pragmatic 'incrementalist' progressives.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Stinging from the disappointment of Bernie Sanders’ loss in the 2016 Democratic presidential primary, supporters pumped millions into the powerful advocacy group Our Revolution to keep the progressive fight alive and prepare for another swing at the White House.

But after another defeat in 2020, the 79-year-old Vermont senator is unlikely to run for president a third time. And the organization centered on his fiery brand of politics is undergoing a rebranding.

Rather than insisting on “Medicare for All” — Sanders’ trademark universal, government-funded health care plan — or the climate-change-fighting Green New Deal, Our Revolution is focusing on the more modest alternatives endorsed by President Joe Biden. Those include expanding eligibility for the existing Medicare program and curtailing federal subsidies for fossil fuel companies. The group says it wants to make sure Biden keeps his promises on those and other top issues.

What gives? Ad is being promoted at Kiwiblog as a voice of reason for the right wing cause.

I'm sure this is not what he intended when scripting disruptive borax.

Doesn't Mike Hosking keep up with current events?

His climate change spiel has barely changed in ten years
