We’ve had the Brighter Future (it sucks). We’ve had The Cusp of Something Special (it wasn’t). What will National’s soundbite slogan be this time?
I’m guessing “Strong and stable government” or similar, strong and steady, strong and safe, along these lines. We will be warned “not to put it all at risk”, we will be told that the opposition is weak and inexperienced, not to risk a “coalition of chaos”, and so on.
These are pretty easy predictions, because these are the lines that the Tories are running in the UK, and our own Nats have had a habit of sharing the same overseas advisors, Crosby Textor. (Lovely folk: Theresa May’s election guru Lynton Crosby in tax haven scandal after pocketing six-figure sum.) Anyway, easy predictions, perhaps you can do better, bragging rights to whomever guesses correctly…
‘No Vision for New Zealand’
Best sellers ever!
For the few, not the many.
Oh and the corporates, who are practically people anyway.
Look mum!- Look dad–“No hands”. “Your no hands Govt”
“Close the Stable Door”
(Too late, the horse has bolted)
Strong…. yeah but smell isn’t everything. However it is true that this govt stinks!
‘Going cheap’
or
‘Pure NZ low wage economy with 0% tax havens’
Bill English could be
“The most innovative government since Spaghetti pizza”
Let’s face it, Natz strategy is to bore everyone to death in the hope their ‘active’ voters are the only ones awake to make the voting booths.
PIneapple!
We’re even losing pineapple lumps!
Bastards Bastards Bastards!
Stability, Banality, Frugality.
I’ve got one for Mr Little:
“Time for a pay rise”.
Wage growth in New Zealand and Australia is 0% for the foreseeable future.
We work hard in NZ, don’t get well rewarded, and now have no mobility to Australia.
If we’re going to be stuck here, I’ll vote for the party that’s in my interests.
National haven’t delivered for me.
I posted this the other day and just looked at it again.
Paddy Gower already gave us “Careful and Cautious” last weekend after interviewing English.
Austerity for the many, extreme profit for the few.
+100 so true
Our country, our congestion
side banner
If we can’t make every citizen lose 5 hours in traffic jams and detour’s each week, our name is not The National Party.
‘Continuity and Change’
from Veep & the Aussie Liberals…
Squirell !
As strong and stable as a spaghetti pizza with pineapple chunks.
won’t change the course
steady as she goes
she’ll be right
For a weeble wobble government.
Hell, they’ve even got the campaign ad ready made for the stealing thereof!
Lies and Fables.
Sir John Key? …. protect his knighthood … respect money … vote national
Obey your man and vote National …..Number one for Domestic violence takes some beating …. are you tough enough to wear blue battle pride …on your face
Get some guts and score through war ………. Be a hard dick with two strokes national … good money for misery
Avoid damaging criminal records for assault on greenies or other scum ….. vote national and we’ll hurt them for you …..
Vote with intelligence and be in the club …. C.I.A support since 1951 … little darling of the 5 eyes …. Vote for National …. we’ll know if you don’t .

Nothing to see here – except tax cuts.
In the “Strong and Stable” vein:
“Security and Surveillance”
“Poverty and Pain”
“Misery and Meanness”
“Free-trade and Fantasy”
“Pollution and Putrefaction”
“Suicide and Stress”
“Homeless and Heedless”
“Unequal and Uncaring”
“Corruption and Control”
” We’ll make New Zealand great again”
“Shhhhh. Shhhhh Now.”
It does not get better than this NZ….don’t throw it all away
Party vote National
“A Fair and equitable New Zealand for all.” God hope that wasn’t labours true statement.
For Freedom and Prosperity
For Security and Prosperity
Relaxed and Comfortable
Frigid and Frugal
Tough but Fair
Social Disinvestment for All
Key is still in the House
Almost There!
Equal Rights for All and Property Rights for Some
Every New Zealander Can Succeed
Strong and Stable my arse
It’s a beautiful thing, the destruction of society
Look over there!
Profit over populace
