Victoria is going back into lockdown tonight for at least a week after mystery cases in Melbourne, NSW had 262 cases today with 5 more deaths and cases spreading up the central coast and into the Hunter, SE Queensland still in lockdown until Sunday. The federal government is to blame for a shambles of a vaccination rollout, but not admitting to it……Delta is wreaking havoc on this side of the Tasman and in many other countries that followed an elimination path and delayed their vaccination programmes…NZ still has 5 months to go before most are double vaccinated if the government's plans hold…watch out NZ, Delta is insatiably hungry and looking for the slightest chink in the border armour!

Family member is pissed off in Melbourne – "why do we have to keep locking down in Melbourne because of cases in Sydney, when they didn't lock down when we had cases?"

One of the few times I actually had a verbal response at the time rather than 5 minutes later – "you have to lock down when they have it because they didn't when you had it".

Bloody tough though – only been off lockdown a couple of weeks and back on it again.

Reckons he's put on 15kg in 18months of that shit.

I wonder if Larry Page pays the tax on his overseas income ?

In short, you'll generally pay tax to New Zealand on what you earn in New Zealand and overseas. Income is still taxable even if you do not bring it into New Zealand and even if the other country or territory has deducted tax.
