    A beautiful first photo. 🙂

Apparently the Guardian hasn’t caught up with the latest, but still an amusing count-down.

Fabulous! I am over the moon. This woman is a trend setter, a ground breaker and a role model. She shows the way for women everywhere – let’s do this, you can do it.

It feels almost like my 6th grandchild. This is a momentous day for New Zealand. I’m sure a lot of people will say, ho hum, another child, she’s a woman, had a baby, get over it. We all know it’s more than that.

Congratulation to our first couple, our wonderful prime minister and the new family leading our country. I am so thrilled for them all.

Stunning. Already has a great grip by the looks. Good for surfcasting may be. Awesome mother and awesome dad. She is one lucky little girl.Sucks to be you Mike Hosking. Yuck just saw john key first up on the Project with his advice. Have to ask. Why?

Ffloyd because they are right wing wannabies!! Idiots. Without grace.

It is wonderful for the three of them and for all Lefties and NZ First.

The left do really bite to Hoskins provocations, he loves it, up go his publicity, ratings and remuneration

        • Unicus 4.1.2.1

Nobody I know bothers to read or watch any of Nationals MSM propagandists let alone respond to them. they’ve become so predictable mundane and irrelevant .

And sadly – embittered to the point of trashing an event as extrodinary as this .

Ha! They may well need that.

      • Ad 7.1.1

No; that should be her official name

        Three Point Bump Ardern-Gayford

And JuliaAnn’s would be named One Point Bump

As the Danes say; time for more babies:

Congratulations to the entire family. Nothing as special to parents as a new family member.

  9. Jenny 9

    Wonderful news.

Remember the first born for each of us? Magical. Remember making sure that such a newborn tiny thing could breathe on own, and look, and make noises. A life changing event.
Good luck Jacinda and Clarke and wee one.

Your Beautiful Photo tells the whole story.

Great news! Congratulations and go well.

Jacinda has a new boss. Yesterday it was the 4.5 million of us, she has given us up for someone that can’t even talk.

  14. millsy 14

    They should name her Aroha.

    • David Mac 14.1

I think that’s a great suggestion millsy. It’s a word and sentiment that has been shared in our country for as long as there have been people here.

  15. Antoine 15

    Very good

As my mum says, “Dammit, Jacinda doesn’t even look tired…”
