OTOH, in Australia, the Marie Stopes Foundation put out a publication about their pregnancy termination services without mentioning the word "woman" once.
There is a reason for this language. Men who demand to be called women can perform femininity – some very well, others not so much. The things they cannot perform relate to women's unique reproductive capacity. Therefore, the words that describe those functions must be unmoored from the word "woman" – vanish into the amorphous ether of 'pregnant people", "menstruators", etc so that those who will never be able to do those things can occupy the entirety of the concept of "woman".

I think it's fair to say that many Americans believe that Trump should not be charged with anything. The fact that he may have actually broken some law is immaterial.
Maybe a way around making it personal to him is to wipe from the books any crime he is accused of doing. That means no-one accused of those things can be indicted. And why not do that? Because it would be insane? It's craziness to the nth degree?

Let me assure you I am not casting anyone as the enemy but we need to sheet home just exactly where this intolerance of women rights has come from. I can see that missing at the moment is a party that explicitly supports women's rights.

Regarding the gender issue, no debate has fostered a great deal of anger and yet it was not our people (ie gender critical feminists and the Let Women speak women who were violent).
The out of control angry mob that harrassed intimidated and assaulted PP and her security and the women there for the event shows what happens if you dare to defy the trans rights activists and speak up.
People can blame PP all they like but I saw the vitriol the aggression and threats and lies that were directed at the organisers of the CATA conference for gender critical therapists. The organisers and the key note speakers were very pleasant people and it made no difference. You could get Mahatma Gandi to say women don't have penises and men shouldn't be in women's change rooms and he would still get smeared, cancelled and physically harrased if he was here in person.
Our international reputation has been tarnished by the images going around the world of a petit women being set upon by a mob. She said she feared for her live and watching the video it is easy to see why. #shameonNewZealand is trending on twitter. The PM needs to apologise unresservedly to the shameful treatment PP received when she was trying to hold a peaceful event to let women speak.

The ability of women to have safe spaces does not derogate at all from the rights given to the TA or gay movement.
I am not aware that any woman is making it an either or issue but are saying can we have safe spaces for all. Can we keep our ability to counselled by females, to be in rape Crisis centres & prisons with females, to join in with counselling groups that include only females if that is the wish and to use modern dating services to meet others of our own sex ie women meeting women were without being forced as Tasmanian lesbians were to include transwomen.

Patricia I am a gender critical feminist because my sister and her partner (lesbians) have been harrassed and intimated by the trans rights activists.
I have supported and loved my sister all through her life and that includes when she came out.
I will fight to keep safe spaces for women and encourage trans people to do the same for themselves like women had to do for years.
