Regarding the hate speech laws... I'm yet to hear of any example of hate speech directed at religion that is not already covered under existing laws against incitement to violence. Can anyone give an example of something that should be illegal that isn't?

Cutting the tax rates from 38 to 33 cents, 21 to 19, etc; is giving those on the top bracket a 5 cent cut, while the majority only get 2 cents? I wonder how much the average worker would be better off if they recieve a 5 cent cut!

I think it looks great. More of a newspaper layout. Theres more stories on the one page with more colour and the advertising is nessercary for revenue. Compared to this, the old page looked kind of bland!

Yes but there is a difference between announcing something and actually doing something. For example announcing rolling tax cuts then realising there isnt enough money for them. Or annoucing the public service won't be cut then taking to it with a scalpel....
