Te Whatu Ora (or Health New Zealand for any rednecks out there) have sent out a Public Health Advisory about HPAI (Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza).
This is following outbreaks in Oz and the US. It is hard to transfer between humans.
At the moment there is a low concern in Aotearoa.
