Yep, very hard to differentiate between a keyboard warrior and someone willing to follow through. Imo our balance is ok would hate to see 'swatting' become prevalent here.
It's also a downside to the very strict Covid response inevitably it sent people down rabbit holes and now we see the consequences. Ironic now we have plenty of deaths per week and barely a peep.
I agree. I see the problem/solution as cultural/social/political rather than can be forced by the state forces.
