Politicians going into overdrive spouting Bullshit about Panama papers, ShonKey on autopilot lies……lets hope the exposure burns him and enough of them to force law changes and jail time, not to mention paying tax…

The Past Future of Work: 1928 and All That

I didn’t once hear the words ‘Keynes’ or ‘Keynesian’ at the Future of Work conference. The issues we face today were all apparent and widely discussed in the late 1920s. The debate in 1928 was equally off the mark. Then, as now, we responded to a crisis of inequality and environment by, as individuals, trying to be more ‘competitive’ and arguing about immigration.

Well worth a read and a think.

The SIS apparently don’t know how to treat sensitive information correctly when it comes to us the people.

The SIS and GCSB have been given all sorts of special powers to spy on us and it is proposed to give them more. What about also giving them some incentive to follow the rules and be aware their responsibilities. How about they face criminal charges if they don’t do things properly.

Now don’t go saying things like that. The spooks might think you’re serious.

Who are the spooks? Who are they working for and what are their objectives? How do we monitor the spooks?

It appears the SIS and the GCSB have been set up by Key, Kitteridge and Findlayson to spy on National Party political opponents?

It’s not just the deleted comment thing, that whole page looks weird..

I thought maybe the page collapsed under the weight of the inanity coming from one side of the debate 😉
