Seems to be implying that the greatest misfortune is not the proven deaths from Dengvaxia, but the fact that they were widely publicised.
And it is just that attitude that increases mistrust.

There are small pockets of those who refuse vaccines…these will be your anti-vaxxers…. but they are not the major cause of low uptake in in particular communities, according to someone who should know…

MMR vaccine is a measles + mumps vaccine + rubella vaccine it contains live attenuated virus which while providing an immune response does not cause the disease in healthy individuals.
Severely immunocompromised persons (undergoing treatment for cancer for example or with immune disorders) are at small risk of catching the attenuated virus from people immunised for a few days until the attenuated virus is cleared from the person immunised.
