Although it's streaming here, it's made by a US cable service as a regular programme, like Handmaid's tale or GoT. Each episode is released pretty much weekly, and it's only been broadcast in the US for a couple of months. Don't know if it's same-day broadcast, but they haven't shown the full series in the US yet anyway.
