  1. Brilliant speech by Chippy today, summarising the chaotic first week of Luxon's reign

Must be a Tory government in Power, the Hospital up this way is full of propaganda for euthanasia.

It would have been nice if we had some robust protections around it for disabled, before now.

Don't get depressed folks or feel like you can't go on, otherwise the blue will be offered to you.

      … that's terrifying as fuck.

For me it isn't so much the vulnerable individual being targeted by the health folk, it's by their, for example, extremely financially pressured son. Who constantly litters the conversation with words like 'burden' and 'affairs in order'.

That's what sends a chill down my spine.

        Agree gsays.

I argued against the law, with my main point being the lack of morals of some. Yes I did that from a Christian perspective.

We have laws to protect people, and generally it's the dumbest and weakest we want to protect. This law seems to fail that test. Plus it would appear as it stands, we have a law which enables the amoral, and those enthralled with Eugenics.

That was a quite unique performance by Peters in parliament today.

He does seem reborn as the champion of the alternative media narrative of recent years. He claims his party decided to join National to save New Zealand. His animus aimed at resentment of MSM and of the "TPM" agenda (his connection of that of sociology department of a university is a local reprise of the Frankfort school … beloved by the right and Henry Makow).

The Frankfurt School, known more appropriately as Critical Theory, is a philosophical and sociological movement spread across many universities around the world …

He claims to be the one concerned about housing and education.

If so, why the party of landlords and the party of charter schools?

Why are Hamas into such savagery?? I've never seen citation of a religious mandate.

Shari Mendes, a member of the Israeli military unit who prepared the bodies of female soldiers for burial, said her team had seen comrades “who were shot in the crotch, intimate parts, vagina, or were shot in the breast”.

Another speaker, Simcha Greinman, said one woman’s body had “nails and different objects in her female organs”.

Sheryl Sandberg, the former Meta chief operating officer, who helped to organise the event, accused the UN of ignoring the rape and mutilation of women on October 7. “Silence is complicity,” she said. The UN has faced mounting criticism for a lack of a robust condemnation of sexual violence perpetrated by Hamas. António Guterres, the UN’s secretary-general, said sex crimes must be “vigorously investigated and prosecuted” in a statement not released until Nov 29. UN Women has been singled out in particular for its silence on the issue while it has regularly spoken out about the plight of Palestinian women and girls.

Meni Binyamin, head of Israeli police’s international crime investigations unit, has said in an interview that it had documented “violent rape incidents, the most extreme sexual abuses we have seen,” on Oct 7. “I am talking about dozens”. He said some men were among the victims of sexual violence. https://www.stuff.co.nz/world/middle-east/301021696/hamas-deliberately-shot-women-in-their-genitals-during-massacre-un-told

Speaking at the UN on Monday, Yael Richert, an Israeli police superintendent, presented a video of witnesses. One testimony by a paramedic said: “Shooting was targeted at sexual organs. We saw that a lot.”

Such barbaric perversion is likely to make the Israelis look good in comparison. The Hamas psychos must be too addicted to factor in consequences. Causation by a traditional culture of suppressing females seems the likeliest explanation.

You need to get sources to confirmed what you have replicated is not just IDF propaganda.

Because we are now finding out the whole killing babies in new and truly awful ways, is not Hamas – but the IDF.

Yes a baby was killed by Hamas on the 7th, and yes children were killed and it was nasty evil shit.

But since that time – the IDF is taking the killing babies and children to a level of nasty evil shit, we have not seen for a while.

It's either next level obscenity of war, or next level propaganda. Cui Bono. The first casualty of war is truth.

Some Israeli support for an American visa ban on West Bank settlers committing violence

Reacting to the US decision, Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant told reporters: "There is, sadly, violence from extremists that we must condemn."

"In a state of law, and Israel is a state of law, the right to use violence belongs only to those who are certified to do so by the government," he said, according to Reuters.

The question is now about the numbers so identified, given the settlers are rarely prosecuted.
