Helen Clark as always… accurate, astute, rational and a world renowned stateswoman.:

What a hugely pleasant change from the erratic, irrational, jealous and misogynistic Winston Peters.

Also a nice take down of the appointment of Stephen Rainbow for his attack on McCully – as per Resolution 2334.

Citing the more recent Resolution 2735 (only Russia abstained) reminds everyone that the USA under POTUS Obama (and UK of that time) wanted 2334.

I would quibble about the 4 principles.

For example – I would seek one command of the Palestinian gun (all groups disbanding, or joining the PLO and accepting PA leadership – as per elections) for recognition of a Palestinian state. And a role for the Arab League in this.
