What is going on in the housing market preventing new ideas forging ahead fast and in well planned groupings, if they are up to BRANZ standards which I assume they have? These guys are using robots which do a good job. I would rather that builders had jobs but with the government running down the skilled workforce for building etc. we are between a rock and a hard place. I thought that 'knee tremblers' referred to having sex standing up, but I think that it applies to our government under its present 'Look Mum no hands' regime. Someone needs to pull them together, kumbaya, kumbaya and get them singing some cheerful songs and happy outcomes for the peeps, and get them some steel in their backbones (and knees).
