It’s across all sectors now and back in the 90’s, I was a doing farm cadetship a time when the National’s stop industry base funding in the 90’s. I was told to get a student loan, so I did the sums and realize I was on the path to nowhere. So I managed to join the army which wasn’t much better either at the time, so I saved would I could and moved to Oz in 97.
