Helen Simpson was asked by Christchurch Casino staff to cover her cleavage and feels that she has been discriminated against on account of the size of her breasts.
The Human Rights Commission points out that while physical appearance & including breast size & is not a criterion for discrimination under the Human Rights Act, she’s still free to make a complaint.
Well it might not be in the Human Rights Act but I’ve got to support David Brent on this one:
