   The Jimmy Savile thing was definitely over the top.

   The Logie tweet was nothing, suggesting English fucked a pile of shit to produce a pile of shit budget seems reasonable when Key links Bills reproduction and budget production.

   Give up it Key, don’t try to fool the public into thinking that you aren’t that condescending bully who makes throat slitting gestures and lame spiteful jokes. A PM who has regular conversations with the nastiest political blogger in the country wants people to believe he’s a saint, what a fuckwit.

       John Key must be applauded for describing himsef and the National Party MPs very accurately.

       It is really nice to hear him make an honest admission for the first time:

     Guy Espiner’s obsequiousness to John Key is pathetic!….He let Key go on and on without question or comment …just as he did with Brendan Horan’s questionable actionable accusations against Peters ( compare this with Ferguson’s not letting Lianne Dalzeil speak!)

     …Guy Espiner allowed a free political party Nact broadcast…. with Key pretending to take the high ground to attack the Greens and an inoffensive woman MP ,who is allowed her say

       That would presumably be the new management. Appointed by the catspaws of the current regime. The hidden agenda being to dismantle Radio NZ as we knew it, in tandem with starving it for money. All in tune with the very cunning plan to white ant the state institutions rather than coming right out and smashing them in plain view. See also Housing NZ, etc etc.

       As to Espiner, at least on radio the twitch is invisible. But he hasn’t got a voice for radio. In the old days that would have been considered a prerequisite, under management that actually cared about running a radio station. The woman isn’t that great on that front either. Still perhaps it doesn’t matter much that it’s hard to hear what Guyon is saying since it’s largely twaddle when audible.

       I wonder how the ‘heading it up’ is going. What Guyon was going to do in the first flush of excitement after getting the job. And how is the poor chap managing on RNZ salary rates?

       But radio is so last century in any case. What is wanted is telling very good audiovisual stories, according to the new leader, he who looks as if he slept in a haystack. Heavy on the Twitter, mkay?

   Key is nasty in the debating chamber where hardly anyone sees, then gets to be Mr Reasonable in the media where they do. Drove Labour nuts last term and they in particular need to respond differently to avoid the same result.

   This would be the absolute height of hypocrisy from Key. When it comes to ‘nastiness’, he tops them all, with perhaps the exception of the Sultan of Sneer, Stephen Joyce.
   Interestingly, Joyce was expelled from the House yesterday prior to which he had been admonished by the speaker for disorderly comment.
   Things are pretty bad when Carter expels a Nat !!

   More of Key’s favourite ‘transference’ tricks. His answers in the House are always straight out personal attacks on whoever asks the question or anyone who interjects. Yet he gets away with calling everyone else a hypocrite? And the Gallery all sit up there, roaring with accepting laughter?

   Everyone who sees what goes on in the house knows this is the opposite of the truth. He can say this because most people don’t see what goes on in the house.

   But the journalists do. They know this is the opposite of the truth.

   ps what was Key referring to earlier this week when he threatened to reveal something from his top-drawer about Jan Logie?

    Key is a total hypocrite IMO. But I also think that he is incapable of seeing/accepting that he is.

    I have only had time lately to skim read TS and other blogs/media, but recall that someone here mentioned the disappearance of the video of Key’s throat slitting gesture.

    A commentor on John Armstrong’s opinion piece yesterday also raised this and provided a link

    The article is still worth reading again just for a reminder of what took place that day; but the video links don’t seem to work – for me at least. Someone with more tech expertise may have better luck.

    Edit – here is the link to Armstrong’s article – weak to say the least; but the comments (sorted by most liked) are worth a skim. Most do not support the ‘Greens etc are the nasty party’ etc and slug it straight to the Nats and Key.

    Whereas key lying to the House, the speaker is silent on that…. he said the documents showed it had always been a private dinner, when the documents didn’t show that. Oh, hat tip Gosman, he wasn’t lying, he just can’t read or comprehend written words. Phew.

    Went away from question time last week because of Keys back of the classroom antics he is immature and arrogant he made comments in reply to a question by Cunliffe about Shane Jones leaving Labour to join a National led government he specialices in put downs and insults and useless Carter does nothing but can’t kick opposition MPs out quick enough.I referee rugby if I was as biast as that useless #*!# I would,ve been decked years ago they make me sick sadly I can,t see the gullible public having the gumption to get rid of them come September.
