Do you watch 5 second films?

If not, you’re wasting your life.

Now, waste some more. In five second increments.

I can only reply with the words from the About

5-Second Films was created by Brian “Boss Man” Firenzi in the Spring of 2005, after being disappointed by so many 5,400-second films. The rules are simple: 2 seconds of beginning titles, 5 seconds of film, 1 second of end titles. If you take umbrage with these 5sfs running at an actual length of 8 seconds, we can only assume you’re no fun at dinner parties.

Bearing in mind the hour that you left that comment, I suspect you were merely dreaming – like this guy.

You should do a follow up post:

    “Worse. campaign ad. Ever.”

      Haha that’s awesome.

Surprised that youtube allowed it though, considering that they blocked the M.I.A. clip for more or less the same thing.

Glad I wasn’t watching that before dinner. Rough.

      • jagilby 8.1.2

Yep, the idea of killing people with different views is awesome.

So awesome it was pulled within hours of being promo’d.

        • felix 8.1.2.1

No, but the idea of making an amusing video about it is.

You nanny-state pc wowsers have no sense of humour. Seen the M.I.A. one?

          • jagilby 8.1.2.1.1

Difference is I don’t think the US Govt made the M.I.A. one. I agree it is similar.
Can you not agree that this is an epic, epic fail on the part of the 10:10 campaigners?
The result of this was always going to be a disaster.

PC wowser. Sure. I’ll cop that on the chin.
Perhaps Peter Jackson’s next project could be a campaign depicting MEAA officials being blown up. Take it right back to the days of Bad Taste/Meet the Feebles. I’m sure we’d all see the humour in that… oh wait.

As far as nanny-state goes well, uh, I could be mistaken but in my world being killed by the state (or a certain faction) for not conforming to its opinion of what is “right” is the ultimate example of an overbearing state. Totalitarianism would be one hell of a laugh though.

            • felix 8.1.2.1.1.1

Except that 10:10 has nothing to do with the state, the U.S. govt, or totalitarianism.

It’s actually about putting pressure on governments (among other organisations) to take responsibility for their carbon emissions.

Did you really think the U.K govt would threaten to blow white children up?

Here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/10:10 Have a read and stop blubbing.
