I reckon that Aussie politician could be any one of these:

Actually there are direct attacks on our Prime Minister about assertions on climate change.
If you want to see Prime Minister Morrison's tv proxies in full swing, check this one out:

Climate change is already a weapon that is being used by very powerful media to directly humiliate the leader of our policies.
Not a lot of substance, looks like a winge fest of sour grapes.
That as may be, but it's a country and a media far more powerful than ours, upon whom we are both intertwined and completely reliant.
it's a worthwhile analysis. I was just a bit surprised at how whiney they were. I'm sure there will be more in depth criticism, and of course the whinge plays to a certain set of voters.
Very disturbing. That incites hate and violence. Look at the responses. Arent there rules round that?

Mate, it's a study.
Don't pop your corks.
Yes its a 'study' but the PGF requires these sort of in depth commercial processes to approve the funding.
Yet the Gisborne Herald ( like its Auckland Namesake) does most of the comment from Anne Tolley who concern trolls the whole idea
See my Moderation note @ 7:26 PM.

https://www.bbc.com/news/av/world-australia-49929733/evacuating-australia-s-drought-affected-fish
"In early 2019, up to a million fish died in Australia's Darling River after drought and extreme weather.
Authorities are now painstakingly trying to relocate as many fish as they can, as another summer approaches."
And they've got pollies like Ad posted above who are saying man made climate change and ecological damage is bunkum….
