A humble prayer entreating the favour of the One whose august majesty we must never dare to question.
Our Reserve Bank Governor, who art in Wellington,
hallowed be thy monetary policy;
thy LVRs come;
thy will be done,
in the housing market as it is in the banking sector.
Give us this day our official cash rate.
And forgive us our currency trading,
as we forgive those who speculate on the New Zealand dollar.
And lead us not into an overheated economy;
but deliver us from inflation.
For thine is the independence,
the power, and the glory,
for ever and ever.
