More ACT identity theft?

In recent days, David Garrett has been spotted hanging around Parliament. Now, The Standard has acquired a picture of ACT’s new MP, ‘Hilary Calvert’, arriving at Parliament. It raises further identity theft questions within the party.

Some evidence suggests that the real Calvert was brain-dead at least two weeks ago.

PS. Lynn suggests a different look for the new ACT line-up. Inspired by Calvert’s “we’re all shades of sheep” interview?

Yep – I figured that if Calvert was calling me a sheep, then she should be one as well.

I also have problems keeping up with the current hierarchy in Act (I suspect that ACToids have this issue more than I do, because I really don’t care about parties that are as dead as a Douglas economic idea). I suspect that I got the current deputy incorrect. I’m sure that I saw Roy embarrassing Rodney by turning up in parliament. Is the current deputy the zombie or the madman?

Do you think Heather Roy is naturally left-leaning (for an ACToid), or is it just that Rodney is so repulsive?

Drawn to the animal magnetism (albeit greenish) of Rodger?

Or perhaps that was a premonition of what was to come. I seem to remember that she was the only other Act member with Rodney last term. I can understand the lean to anywhere else..

Yes, the Douglasaurus. You can’t see his tail from that angle, and the suit conceals the scaly skin.

The Standard has been acquired by a picture

So, it’s fairly influential picture then?

    😛

Oops. Fixed… I saw that a week ago (it has been on the queue for a while) and forgot to correct Z’s lack of editing.

      Oh, graham, you forgot “specieism”.

(I’m beginning to wonder if those who cry “PC gone mad” actually don’t have a sense of humour or even understand the meaning of words like sexism and ageism. I blame their parents.)

Parents, who see such an example of what can escape into the gene pool, would be ambitiously restricting themselves to mutual wankfests 🙂

Need to get Calvert on TV more. Back Benches last night gave the viewers a good introduction to her. 🙂
